We’re looking for a VIP Portfolio Manager to join a high-performance iGaming team. You’ll serve as the trusted advisor for high-value users, ensuring smooth experiences and deep player engagement across our top casino brands.
💰 $7,400 – $8,600 NET/month
🌍 100% Remote – Work from anywhere
🎯 Responsibilities
• Manage a select group of VIP players through personalized support
• Anticipate and resolve issues related to payments, bonuses, and KYC
• Analyze player activity and trends to drive retention
• Keep CRM updated with detailed player notes and segmentation
• Report on key metrics: activity, satisfaction, and player value
• Coordinate closely with Payments, Risk, and Customer Support teams

• Player tracking and reporting dashboards
• Communication platforms (chat, ticketing, email)
👤 What You Bring
• 4–6 years of experience in VIP service or high-level customer engagement
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong understanding of online casino player behavior
• Fluent in English – additional languages are a plus
• Able to work autonomously in a remote setting
• Relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree preferred
