As a VIP Account Executive, you’ll manage a curated list of top-tier casino players. Your job: deliver ultra-personalized service, anticipate their needs, and contribute to a world-class loyalty experience.
💰 $7,500 – $8,500 NET/month
🌍 Work from anywhere – Fully remote
🎯 Your Core Responsibilities
• Handle daily communication with VIPs (chat, email, occasional calls)
• Support bonus and withdrawal requests swiftly and accurately
• Log interactions and maintain precise CRM records
• Monitor user behavior and re-engage inactive clients
• Collaborate cross-departmentally with Risk, Payments, and Support
• Identify feedback loops and propose service enhancements
📊 Player Segmentation & Strategy
• Classify players by activity, value, and potential
• Tailor communication frequency and tone based on segment
• Recommend bonus strategies or escalations to drive retention
• Track uplift and behavioral changes post-campaign
👤 Ideal Candidate
• 3+ years of experience in VIP or Account Management (iGaming preferred)
• Master’s degree and relevant experience in customer-facing roles
• Fluent in English; multilingualism is a plus
• Analytical mindset with a service-first approach
• Excellent time management, especially in remote setups
