We’re hiring a Trading Director to oversee high-frequency betting markets across multiple brands and regions. From odds compilation to sharp bet detection, you’ll lead it all — with a team behind you and full strategic control.

This is a leadership role where precision and vision meet. You’ll shape how markets are created, monitored, and optimized in real time. You’ll ensure margins are protected, tools are modern, traders are sharp, and live events are handled with zero delay. You won’t just supervise — you’ll build the future of trading.

💰 $7,800 – $9,800 NET/month
📍 Remote · Freelance Contract

🎯 What you’ll do:
• Manage all aspects of pre-match and live trading across global sportsbooks
• Define and refine pricing logic, bet limits, and approval layers
• Lead a growing team of remote traders — training, mentoring, and setting KPIs
• Establish automation pipelines and real-time alert systems
• Analyze key performance metrics: exposure, latency, margin, player value
• Collaborate with VIP, CRM, Risk, and Tech to ensure synchronized execution
• Review suspicious patterns and high-stake movements with confidence
• Stay ahead of betting behavior, line movement, and competitive positioning
