💼 What You’ll Do
• Supervise a team of international support agents
• Plan schedules and ensure seamless 24/7 coverage
• Monitor KPIs, chat quality, and response times
• Coach team members to improve performance
• Handle critical escalations with a calm head
• Collaborate with VIP, Payments, Risk & Tech teams
• Report key metrics and insights to Operations
🧠 Your Experience
• Proven track record as a Support Team Leader (iGaming is a plus)
• Clear communicator, natural motivator
• Able to jump into live support if needed
• Solid with tools, tracking, and performance analysis
• Fluent in English – other languages are appreciated
• Fully remote-ready and timezone-flexible
