Weβre looking for a hands-on Team Lead to join a fast-paced online gaming operator and lead a group of support agents β fully remote, no micromanagement.
π§ Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of 8β15 agents working across multiple shifts
- Monitor KPIs and daily performance metrics
- Run weekly check-ins and support training initiatives
- Coordinate with other leads (VIP, Payments, Risk)
- Take action on escalated tickets or process issues
- Drive improvements in support efficiency and quality
πΈ Monthly salary ranges from $5,500 to $6,800, with annual bonus potential based on results.
π What You Bring
- 2+ years leading a team in support or customer operations
- Experience in iGaming, betting, or SaaS platforms preferred
- Confident decision-maker with a cool head under pressure
- Organized, communicative, and focused on impact
- You work remotely with autonomy and accountability
- Fluent English required
