🎯 Responsibilities
• Manage and nurture long-term relationships with VIP players
• Provide direct assistance via email, chat, and (occasionally) phone
• Resolve requests tied to payments, bonuses, and general support
• Keep accurate records and tags in CRM
• Monitor activity to anticipate drop-off and re-engage users proactively
• Contribute ideas to improve the VIP lifecycle experience
• Collaborate with support teams to provide seamless user service
🤝 Who You’ll Work With
You’ll liaise with:
• Risk & Fraud teams to protect player security
• Payments team to facilitate fast withdrawals
• CRM for campaign planning
• Customer Support for tier-1 escalations
• Senior management to track and report on VIP KPIs
👤 What We’re Looking For
• 4+ years experience in VIP or high-level Account Management
• Strong command of English (spoken & written)
• Great emotional intelligence and client-facing confidence
• Experience with online casino platforms & loyalty programs
• Excellent time management in remote settings
