We’re looking for a Real-Time Sports Trader to bring energy, speed, and accuracy to our global sportsbook team.
💰 Salary: $5,300 – $6,400 NET/month

You’ll be adjusting odds live, reading risk signals, and keeping us one step ahead — all from wherever you work best. 🖥️

📌 What You’ll Be Doing
• Managing live betting odds across football, basketball, tennis, and more ⚽🏀🎾
• Monitoring market movements, betting volumes, and risk exposure
• Responding instantly to high-impact events with logic and calm
• Flagging sharp activity, applying limits, and acting on unusual behavior
• Collaborating with Risk, Product, and other traders to keep things sharp
• Improving performance — both in margin and user experience

🔍 What You’ll Need
• 2+ years of sportsbook trading experience (live focus is a plus)
• Confidence under pressure and fast decision-making skills
• Passion for sports and how they move — you read the game as much as the odds
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Available for evening/weekend coverage depending on live schedules
• Detail-focused and data-aware — mistakes cost money
