📌 Your Role
• Manage live odds and pre-match markets with precision
• React quickly to sharp action, big volume, or suspicious activity ⚠️
• Maintain margin and limit risk exposure during volatile events
• Collaborate with risk and trading teams to optimise market accuracy
• Provide feedback on trading tools, patterns, and pricing behaviour
• Cover live events across multiple time zones, including weekends

🧠 Profile Required
• 2+ years’ experience in sportsbook trading or real-time market roles
• Strong intuition for football, basketball, tennis or MMA 🥊
• Calm and confident under pressure — you act fast with purpose
• Fluent in English
• Detail-oriented and sharp with numbers
• Available to work flexible shifts, including key sporting moments
