This is a fully remote freelance position with fast feedback loops, strong support, and full ownership of your decisions.
💰 Salary: $5,400 – $6,600 NET/month

• Manage and adjust odds in real time across multiple sports
• Respond to market volatility, high-stakes action, and big events
• Apply manual controls and exposure limits when needed
• Work closely with risk managers, support, and product teams
• Track KPIs and contribute to margin and trading performance
• Help refine trading tools and flag improvement opportunities
🔍 You Bring
• 2+ years of live sports trading experience in iGaming
• Strong knowledge of betting behavior and how markets move ⚽
• Fast-thinking, structured, and confident in high-pressure moments
• Fluent English – clarity matters in real-time environments
• Comfortable with night shifts, weekends, and major event coverage
• A sharp eye for detail and strong numeric instinct
