🎯 What You’ll Do

• Negotiate & manage affiliate deals (revshare, CPA, hybrid)
• Launch and scale paid campaigns (Meta, Google, Push, Native, TikTok…)
• Monitor traffic KPIs (LTV, CPA, fraud, ROI) and optimize in real time
• Collaborate with creative and data teams for top-performing funnels
• Build strong relationships with affiliates, influencers & networks

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Solid background in Affiliate Marketing or Paid Media
• Experience in iGaming, Crypto, Nutra, or similar verticals
• Strong commercial mindset, analytical thinking, and autonomy
• Proficiency in English (spoken/written)
• Self-driven, remote-ready, and result-focused
