💰 $7,500 – $8,500 NET/month
📍 Remote · Freelance Contract
Your daily challenges 💼
• Manage all trading operations: pre-match and in-play, across multiple leagues and sports
• Define market logic, trading windows, and risk thresholds
• Hire, train, and mentor a global team of traders
• Oversee sharp bet detection and automated alert systems
• Create escalation protocols for real-time risk decisions
• Collaborate closely with CRM, VIP, and Product teams
• Ensure fast reaction time during key matches and high-volume spikes
• Continuously improve KPIs — approval rate, margin, exposure, latency
