We’re hiring a Head of Trading to lead, structure, and elevate the entire sportsbook trading division. You’ll manage a global team, design robust strategies, and oversee all trading activities — from pre-match pricing to live in-play management and risk control.
💰 Salary: $7,000 – $9,500 NET/month
📍 Fully Remote · Freelance Contract

📊 What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Build and lead a team of traders across multiple regions and time zones
• Supervise all aspects of trading operations: odds creation, line movements, live coverage, and exposure management
• Define market priorities, escalation protocols, and liability thresholds
• Develop pricing models and optimize margin strategies based on performance and player behavior
• Coordinate with Risk, Product, Marketing, and VIP to align business goals with trading execution
• Track trading KPIs and implement operational improvements
• Evaluate and integrate trading tools, automation platforms, and alert systems

🎯 Your Professional Background
• 5+ years in iGaming with proven success as a Senior Trader or Head of Trading
• Expert knowledge of sportsbook mechanics, real-time betting, and pricing logic
• Experience managing teams in high-volume trading environments
• Confident leader — able to guide, motivate, and structure distributed trading teams
• Highly analytical mindset; comfortable interpreting data at scale
• Fluent in English (spoken and written). Other languages are a bonus
• Organized, proactive, and fully comfortable with remote operations
