As a Key Account Manager – VIP Players, you’ll be the primary contact for top-tier users of our online casino. Your mission is to deliver fast, personal, and discreet support while driving loyalty and retention across your portfolio.

💰 $8,500 – $9,800 NET/month

🎯 What You’ll Do
• Handle daily interactions with VIP players via chat & email
• Solve bonus and payment issues with speed and accuracy
• Monitor engagement and spot churn risk early
• Maintain detailed CRM notes and categorize users correctly
• Work closely with Risk, Payments, and Support teams
• Track satisfaction scores, loyalty KPIs, and user lifetime value

👤 What You Bring
• 5+ years in VIP or Key Account roles (iGaming experience preferred)
• Master’s degree and relevant experience in client-facing roles
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Casino-savvy: bonus mechanics, KYC, and user segmentation
• Strong sense of ownership and autonomy in remote settings
• English fluency required; multilingual is a bonus
