Weβre hiring a Head of Support to scale and manage a fast-moving department in the iGaming space.
π° Salary: $10,200 NET/month + bonus
π― Key Responsibilities
β’ Lead and structure the entire support team across time zones
β’ Define KPIs, implement workflows, and improve SLAs
β’ Mentor Team Leaders and senior agents, ensuring performance and motivation
β’ Supervise shift planning and escalation protocols
β’ Collaborate with Risk, VIP, Payments, and Tech teams
π Your Background
β’ Proven leadership experience in Customer Support (ideally in iGaming or B2C tech)
β’ Strong people management and communication skills
β’ Excellent command of CRM systems and support tools
β’ Data-driven mindset with a focus on efficiency and satisfaction
β’ English fluency required β other languages are a plus
