• Oversee and optimize support operations across shifts and regions
• Manage Team Leaders and ensure KPI performance
• Resolve escalations and ensure smooth workflows
• Collaborate with Product, Risk, Payments, and VIP teams

✅ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in support leadership (iGaming preferred)
• Excellent communication and management skills
• Data-driven approach to quality and performance
• Remote-ready: organized, proactive, and independent
• Fluent in English
