As Head of Risk Governance, you’ll define the framework that keeps our iGaming platform stable, compliant, and secure. You’re not chasing alerts — you’re creating the rules that determine how risks are flagged, evaluated, and resolved across the business.

💰 Salary: $11,500 NET/month

📋 Main Responsibilities
• Establish and enforce company-wide risk governance policies
• Align fraud detection flows with compliance, finance, and legal teams
• Supervise the internal risk committee and decision protocols
• Define escalation logic and high-risk user segmentation models
• Maintain internal documentation for audits and board reporting
• Coordinate with C-level to align risk mitigation with growth strategy
• Monitor fraud KPIs and refine logic based on new threats

🌍 Working Conditions
• Fully remote, full-time
• Reports directly to the COO
• Cross-functional role interacting with Product, Payments, and Compliance
• Strategic with occasional operational involvement during critical incidents

✅ Candidate Profile
• 8+ years in risk, fraud, or compliance leadership
• Strong background in governance, audits, or internal controls
• Excellent writing skills for policy documents and decision reports
• Understanding of AML, fraud typologies, and high-risk workflows
• Able to think in systems and simplify complex flows
• Native-level English or equivalent fluency
