🎯 Your Mission

  • Lead, manage, and grow the Payments & Compliance team
  • Oversee the daily operations of deposits, withdrawals, KYC, and AML processes
  • Manage payment flows (crypto, fiat, e-wallets) with speed, security, and efficiency
  • Maintain and improve fraud detection processes and risk management systems
  • Ensure full compliance with gaming licenses and international regulations (AML, KYC, GDPR, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the Risk, VIP, Customer Support, and Finance teams
  • Handle escalations, sensitive compliance cases, and high-value payment operations
  • Report directly to C-level management with KPIs, insights, and improvement plans

🧠 Your Profile

  • Proven experience as Head of Payments, Head of Compliance, or Senior Manager in iGaming, fintech, or payments
  • Deep understanding of KYC, AML, fraud prevention, crypto payments, and risk management
  • Leadership skills – able to manage, coach, and scale a remote international team
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and problem-solver
  • Solid communication skills – comfortable handling sensitive operations and regulators
  • Fully autonomous and efficient in a 100% remote setup
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken). Other languages are a plus

  • $12,000 – $18,000/month + Performance Bonus
