💼 HEAD OF FRAUD & RISK OPERATIONS

Join a high-growth iGaming group and take the reins of fraud & risk operations across multiple verticals.
You’ll manage a team, design smart detection systems, and collaborate across departments — all from wherever you are in the world 🌐

💰 Salary: $12,500 – $15,000 NET/month + bonus

🚨 What You’ll Do
• Oversee the global Risk & Fraud team and day-to-day operations
• Design anti-fraud workflows and define alert logic
• Review suspicious behavior: stolen cards, account rings, bonus abuse, botting, etc.
• Collaborate with KYC, VIP, Payments, Customer Support & Tech
• Stay up to date with fraud trends & tools (AML, device tracking, chargeback prevention)
• Write clear incident reports & make the final call in high-risk cases
• Continuously improve fraud KPIs and automate decision-making whenever possible

🎯 What We’re Looking For
• Strong experience in iGaming Risk / Fraud (5+ years preferred)
• Proven management skills
• Strategic thinking and analytical mindset
• Knowledge of tools such as SEON, Actimize, or custom-built alert systems
• Team player, comfortable in fast-moving environments
• Based anywhere – remote-first team!
