🚀 What You’ll Do

• Own the full Customer Support function — structure, staffing, and performance
• Define service standards and implement measurable KPIs
• Recruit and develop Team Leaders and senior agents
• Create SOPs to streamline support operations and reduce resolution time
• Work with Tech, Product, Risk, and Payments to solve operational pain points
• Monitor satisfaction rates, identify weak spots, and improve overall experience
• Report directly to executive management with impact-focused updates

🎯 Who You Are

• 6+ years managing large-scale Customer Support teams
• Deep understanding of support workflows and escalation logic
• Skilled at coaching managers and implementing performance systems
• Comfortable using data, dashboards, and QA tools to drive improvements
• Experienced in the iGaming sector (or other 24/7 customer-facing industries)
• Clear communicator with full proficiency in English
• Operates smoothly in a remote-first environment
