We’re hiring a Director of VIP Experience to lead our international VIP operations across a portfolio of high-performing iGaming brands. This role blends strategic thinking, player psychology, and operational leadership to deliver truly exceptional service to our most valuable users.
As a senior figure in the organization, you’ll design global segmentation models, implement best-in-class retention campaigns, and ensure VIP players receive the personalized attention they expect — and more. You’ll also be responsible for growing, training, and managing a high-performance VIP team while collaborating cross-functionally with Risk, Payments, Compliance, and Product.
💰 Salary: $16,000 – $19,000 NET/month
📍 100% Remote · Freelance Contract
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end VIP strategy for multiple brands and regions
• Recruit, manage, and develop a team of Senior VIP Managers and Hosts
• Build segmented lifecycle journeys for top-tier players across all CRM layers
• Launch exclusive offers, rewards, and offline experiences to drive engagement
• Set, monitor, and report on KPIs: player value, retention, churn risk, activity cycles
• Ensure high standards of player communication in line with RG & AML rules
• Act as the escalation point for high-risk cases or sensitive customer issues
🔸 Your Background
• At least 5 years leading VIP or Loyalty programs in iGaming or related fields
• Proven experience managing international VIP teams remotely
• Deep knowledge of high-value player behavior, including retention levers and reward dynamics
• Strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a passion for service excellence
• Fluent English required; additional languages such as German, French, or Portuguese are a plus
• Confident working in a fast-paced, autonomous environment
