Own the battlefield. Define, execute, and scale global risk operations across our platform.

We’re looking for a sharp, decisive leader to take full command of risk strategy at group level. From building detection flows to advising C-level, this role requires vision, technical know-how, and day-to-day execution. You won’t just manage — you’ll architect the entire system.

💰 Salary: $12,000 NET/month

🎯 Core Objectives
• Define global risk strategy and ensure full implementation across business units
• Lead the fraud, monitoring, and risk policy teams
• Set case escalation logic and thresholds in partnership with Compliance and Tech
• Audit platform vulnerabilities and push system improvements
• Report monthly to executive leadership on risk exposure and resolution stats
• Align product, legal, and support departments with strategic goals
• Act fast when it matters — you’re the final say in critical fraud events

🚀 Your Impact in the First 90 Days
• Conduct a full audit of current risk flows and alert accuracy
• Deliver a revamped escalation protocol
• Propose strategic changes to reduce chargebacks and abuse incidents
• Recruit or realign key players within the risk department
• Implement a rapid response loop between frontline ops and detection tools

👤 Ideal Profile
• 7+ years in online risk/fraud, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role
• Proven strategic thinking with hands-on leadership
• Strong coordination and reporting skills
• Ability to simplify complex issues into clear policies
• English fluency is required — additional languages are a plus
