✨ Your Responsibilities

• Supervise the entire Customer Support department, including Team Leaders & Senior Agents
• Define KPIs, reporting flows, and operational improvements
• Optimize ticket resolution, shift planning, and QA performance
• Collaborate with Risk, Payments, VIP, and Product to resolve escalations
• Monitor satisfaction levels and enforce service consistency across all markets
• Represent Support leadership in meetings with C-level and department heads
