This role is for a hands-on manager ready to take full ownership of customer care performance across multiple time zones.

🚀 Your Responsibilities & Profile

  • Manage a team of remote Customer Support Agents
  • Coordinate schedules, shifts, and ensure 24/7 availability
  • Review chat quality, response times, and KPIs
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and support to your team
  • Handle complex cases and customer escalations
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams (VIP, Risk, Payments)
  • Track performance and report updates to Operations

💼 Who You Are

  • You have prior experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor
  • You’ve worked in iGaming, fintech, or digital support roles
  • You’re organized, assertive, and solution-oriented
  • You thrive in remote work environments and flexible setups
  • English fluency required; other languages a plus

💸 Salary: $6,000 – $7,000/month, depending on experience. Performance-based bonuses may apply.
