As our Chief Trading Architect, you’ll oversee the complete trading lifecycle — from market coverage to odds logic, live risk mitigation, and profitability control. You’ll set the vision for how our sportsbook operates, making critical decisions daily while empowering a team of senior traders across time zones.

This isn’t a support role — it’s an opportunity to build, scale, and refine the trading backbone of a high-performing iGaming business.

💰 $8,000 – $9,500 NET/month
📍 Remote · Freelance Contract

You’ll lead:
• Real-time trading operations across pre-match and live events
• Internal processes for market prioritization, line creation, and bet approval
• Hiring and training of traders, setting clear performance targets
• Risk strategy, liability management, and alert systems
• Automation initiatives to reduce manual latency and errors
• Strategic alignment with VIP, Payments, Product, and CRM functions
• Continuous refinement of margin models and segmentation logic
