We’re hiring a Chief Odds & Risk Leader to take full ownership of our trading operations — from live odds creation to risk mitigation, automation workflows, and team management.

This is not a traditional desk job. You’ll be at the heart of a dynamic betting ecosystem, balancing speed, accuracy, and profitability. You’ll lead an international team of traders, implement cutting-edge trading logic, and ensure every market we publish is sharp, responsive, and profitable.

💰 $7,500 – $10,000 NET/month
📍 Remote · Freelance contract

You’ll be responsible for:
• Leading pre-match and live betting operations across sports and geographies
• Implementing margin strategies and liability controls
• Creating escalation protocols for live exposure and suspicious activity
• Overseeing trader recruitment, training, and daily performance
• Improving trading tools, alerts, and automation pipelines
• Collaborating with Risk, CRM, VIP, and Product for full-cycle alignment
• Monitoring KPIs and driving data-led adjustments in real time 📈
