We’re looking for a razor-sharp operator to take full ownership of acquisition via affiliates or media buying — your choice, your zone of genius.

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

As an Affiliate Manager:

• Close high-value affiliate deals with streamers, influencers, arbitrageurs
• Monitor KPIs like FTDs, LTV, ROI, and optimize with surgical precision
• Detect and block fraud, low-quality traffic, or deal abuse
• Build trust and loyalty with partners that matter

As a Media Buyer:

• Launch and scale campaigns on Push, Pop, Native, Meta, Google, TikTok
• Test angles, funnels, creatives — and double down on winners
• Manage large budgets across GEOs with full autonomy
• Collaborate with creative and dev teams to craft converting assets

🧠 Who You Are

• You’ve already delivered results in iGaming, Crypto, Nutra or similar spaces
• You’re a dealmaker or a campaign killer — not someone who needs a playbook
• You speak the language of numbers: CPA, ROI, CVR, CTR, EPC, LTV
• You manage your own time and don’t wait for instructions
• You’re fluent in English and know how to communicate with partners
