🚀 Your Role

As Affiliate Manager:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard affiliate partners (revshare, CPA, hybrid)
  • Manage relationships with VIP affiliates, streamers, media groups, and agencies
  • Analyze traffic quality and conversion metrics (LTV, ROI, fraud signals)
  • Negotiate new deals and optimize performance across GEOs
  • Attend industry events and represent the brand

As Media Buyer:

  • Plan, execute, and scale campaigns via Push, Native, Meta, TikTok, Google…
  • Manage large monthly budgets and hit aggressive ROI targets
  • Test creatives, landers, and funnels to optimize performance
  • Track CPA, CTR, CVR, and quickly scale what works
  • Work with designers, copywriters, and devs for custom assets

🎯 Your Profile

  • Solid experience in Affiliate Marketing and/or Paid Media Buying (iGaming, Crypto, Nutra…)
  • You’ve managed both strategy and daily execution
  • Strong Excel/Sheets skills and deep understanding of acquisition KPIs
  • Comfortable negotiating with partners and handling ad platforms
  • Obsessed with performance, ROI, and scaling what works
  • Fluent in English – additional languages welcome
  • Autonomous, fast-paced, and results-driven
