We’re hiring a VIP Operations Manager to oversee the care of our most valuable players. You’ll work across teams to deliver top-tier service, fast resolutions, and unforgettable experiences.

💰 $8,600 – $9,700 NET/month
🌍 Fully Remote – Global team

🎯 Your Role
• Manage a portfolio of high-value users with a personal touch
• Respond quickly to inquiries related to bonuses, payments, or account issues
• Detect early signs of drop-off and re-engage proactively
• Collaborate daily with Payments, Risk, and Support departments
• Keep accurate CRM notes and player status updated
• Suggest improvements to our VIP journey and player treatment flows

👤 Your Profile
• 5+ years of experience in VIP services, loyalty, or client operations
• Relevant certification (CRM, Customer Success, or related field)
• Fluent in English — additional languages are a plus
• Deep knowledge of casino user behavior and platform logic
• Autonomous, responsive, and results-driven in a remote environment
