🎯 What You’ll Do
• Communicate daily with VIP players via email and chat 💬
• Proactively resolve issues: payments, bonuses, account support
• Keep CRM and segmentation up to date 📊
• Monitor user behavior and flag drop-off risks
• Coordinate with Risk, Payments, and Customer Support
• Act as the voice of the player internally
👤 What We’re Looking For
• 4+ years of experience in VIP or client-facing roles
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills 🤝
• Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience
• English fluency required – other languages are a plus
• Autonomy, accountability, and attention to detail
• Familiarity with casino platforms, loyalty systems, and KYC processes
