🎯 What You’ll Handle
• Direct communication with your VIP portfolio (chat, email, video)
• Personalized follow-up on payments, bonuses, and support queries
• CRM management: tagging, notes, and segmentation accuracy
• Monitoring behavioral shifts and flagging early signs of churn
• Cross-team collaboration with Risk, Payments, and Support
• Sharing player feedback with internal stakeholders
📈 KPIs You’ll Own
• Monthly retention rate per player tier
• Average revenue per user (ARPU)
• VIP reactivation success rate
• Time-to-resolution for high-priority issues
• Player satisfaction and feedback trends
👤 Who You Are
• 3–5 years of VIP or client-facing experience
• Excellent communication and follow-through
• Bachelor’s degree + relevant certification in client services or CRM
• Fluent in English (additional languages = advantage)
• Confident with casino systems and player value segmentation
• Able to work independently and adapt across time zones
