💰 $8,200 – $9,500 NET/month

🎯 What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Managing a tailored portfolio of VIP players across different markets
• Proactively engaging top users via email, chat, and calls
• Resolving urgent issues: KYC, payments, bonuses, and support
• Monitoring player behavior and suggesting reactivation campaigns
• Collaborating with Payments, Risk, and Support to maintain smooth operations
• Maintaining detailed player notes and CRM segmentation
• Contributing insights to improve loyalty strategy
✨ What Makes You Stand Out
• 4+ years of experience in VIP or account-facing roles
• Strong communicator with high emotional intelligence
• Confident working remotely and independently
• English fluency is a must – other languages welcome
• Bachelor’s degree + relevant certification (CRM, support, or retention tools)
• Good knowledge of online casino systems and VIP lifecycle
