We’re seeking a VIP Engagement Manager to join a remote-first iGaming team. You’ll be the dedicated contact for high-value players, ensuring their needs are met, their issues resolved, and their loyalty rewarded.
💰 $7,100 – $8,200 NET/month
🌍 Work from anywhere – 100% Remote
🎯 Your Core Responsibilities
• Handle day-to-day communication with VIP users
• Resolve payout and bonus-related issues quickly and professionally
• Re-engage inactive players and identify churn risk early
• Collaborate across departments (Payments, Risk, Support)
• Keep CRM data well-organized and regularly updated
• Track satisfaction and player value through internal KPIs
👤 Your Ideal Background
• 3+ years in Account Management or VIP services (iGaming preferred)
• Strong communication and empathy skills
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
• Fluent English required; other languages are a plus
• Good understanding of casino platforms, KYC, and loyalty logic
