As a VIP Services Manager, you’ll be the dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of high-value casino players. Your mission? Make them feel valued, understood, and always supported — from the first spin to the final cashout.
💰 $7,500 – $8,500 NET/month
🌍 Fully Remote – International applicants welcome
🎯 Main Tasks
• Manage VIP accounts through daily communication (chat & email)
• Solve user requests involving bonuses, withdrawals, or account issues
• Keep CRM data clean and organized
• Monitor engagement levels and re-engage inactive players
• Partner with Risk, Payments, and Support teams for smooth operations
• Hit retention and satisfaction KPIs consistently
👤 Who You Are
• 3–4 years in iGaming or player-facing roles
• Natural relationship builder with strong communication skills
• Highly organized and proactive
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
• English fluency required — other languages a bonus
• Casino-savvy with knowledge of player lifecycles and platform tools
