• Communicate directly with VIP users via chat and email
• Assist with withdrawals, bonuses, KYC, and account-related questions
• Track behavior to detect early churn signals
• Reactivate dormant players and boost loyalty metrics
• Update CRM records, user segmentation, and history logs
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure fast resolutions
• Contribute to the evolution of VIP strategies through player feedback

👤 Your Background
• 3+ years experience in iGaming or player-facing roles
• Strong communication and empathy skills
• Organized, reliable, and results-driven
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a big plus
• Knowledge of online casinos, bonus mechanics, and user flows
