We’re hiring an Elite VIP Account Manager to deliver exceptional service and retention strategies for top-tier casino players. You’ll become their go-to contact, helping them resolve any issues, enjoy the platform, and stay loyal long-term.
💰 $8,700 – $9,900 NET/month
🌍 100% Remote – Flexible hours
🎯 Your Responsibilities
• Build strong personal relationships with a portfolio of VIP users
• Handle bonus requests, payout follow-ups, account verifications, and urgent issues
• Identify churn risks and proactively re-engage inactive clients
• Document all interactions in the CRM accurately and consistently
• Coordinate with Risk, Payments, and Support teams for fast resolutions
• Meet individual KPIs focused on retention, satisfaction, and player lifetime value
👤 Your Background
• 5+ years in VIP, Account Management, or Customer Success roles
• Strong communication, empathy, and active listening skills
• Familiarity with casino platforms and iGaming environments
• Comfortable working independently and adapting quickly
• Fluent in English (written & spoken)
• Bonus if you speak other major languages (Spanish, German, Portuguese)
