💰 $7,300 – $8,600 NET/month
🌍 100% Remote – Flexible timezone coverage
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Manage and support a VIP portfolio through daily communication
• Solve bonus, withdrawal, or account issues swiftly and efficiently
• Track behavior and proactively re-engage dormant accounts
• Log all activity and segmentation in CRM with accuracy
• Work closely with Payments, Risk, and Support teams
• Maintain high satisfaction and retention KPIs across your user base
👤 What We Expect
• Previous experience in VIP or Account Management (preferably iGaming)
• Relationship-builder with great listening and problem-solving skills
• Excellent command of English; additional languages appreciated
• Casino knowledge: bonus systems, KYC, and player lifecycle
• Self-starter attitude, especially in a remote environment
• Organized, empathetic, and tactful under pressure
