🎯 What You’ll Be Doing
• Manage a personal list of VIP players — responding to messages and inquiries
• Assist with payments, bonuses, verification, and urgent player needs
• Maintain precise CRM notes and segments
• Monitor user activity and flag disengagement early
• Collaborate with Payments, Risk, and Support teams for full service delivery
👤 What You Bring
• Experience in VIP or Account Management (iGaming is a plus)
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Strong customer-first attitude with attention to detail
• Familiarity with online casino platforms and bonus systems
• Fluent in English — other languages are a strong asset
• Ability to work independently with reliability
