We’re looking for a Senior VIP Account Manager to take ownership of a high-value portfolio and deliver tailored service that drives loyalty and retention. You’ll work directly with elite players, resolving issues quickly and building lasting trust.

💰 $8,500 – $9,800 NET/month
🌍 100% Remote – Work from anywhere

💼 Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily interactions with VIP users via email, chat, and direct messaging
• Resolve complex player requests — from payouts to bonuses — with speed and precision
• Identify player habits and anticipate drop-offs before they happen
• Keep detailed CRM records and user segmentation up to date
• Work closely with Risk, Payments, and Customer Support to ensure smooth service
• Engage reactivation campaigns and loyalty pushes during key events
• Track personal KPIs and contribute to overall VIP growth strategies

🔍 Profile We’re Looking For
• Proven experience as a VIP or Account Manager (iGaming preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills
• Deep understanding of online casino platforms and player expectations
• Ability to work independently with excellent time management
• Fluent in English (additional languages are highly valued)
