Join a high-end iGaming group as VIP Relationship Manager — and become the dedicated point of contact for some of our most valued casino players. You’ll manage long-term relationships, assist with account needs, and ensure loyalty through personalized service.
💰 $8,000 – $9,500 NET/month
📍 Fully Remote
🌟 Your Responsibilities
• Manage a personal portfolio of VIP users via chat, email, and occasional calls
• Build loyalty and trust with high-value players through regular contact
• Help users with withdrawals, bonuses, account verifications, and complaints
• Spot behavioral patterns and proactively re-engage at-risk or dormant players
• Maintain detailed CRM notes, tags, and segmentation for each user
• Collaborate daily with Payments, Risk, Support, and Compliance teams
• Monitor performance KPIs (retention, satisfaction, lifetime value)
• Be available during high activity periods (weekends, evenings, events)
👤 What We’re Looking For
• Prior experience as a VIP Manager or Account Manager in iGaming
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
• Fluent in English; other languages are a strong plus
• Organized, proactive, and emotionally intelligent
• Familiarity with casino platforms, bonus systems, and player journeys
