We’re searching for a sharp and seasoned Head of Trading to command the entire betting operation — odds, markets, risk, and strategy. You’ll run a fully remote team of traders, optimize performance across live and pre-match events, and bring bold thinking to an evolving sportsbook landscape.

💰 $8,500 – $9,500 NET/month
📍 Remote · Freelance contract

What you’ll own 🚀
• Full oversight of pricing, trading logic, and liability control
• Development of live odds systems and latency optimizations
• Implementation of automation, alerts, and intelligent triggers
• Team structure, recruitment, training, and performance reviews
• Real-time risk decisions on major events and sharp betting activity
• Strategic collaboration with Product, Risk, and CRM teams
• Margin optimization across market segments and geos

This is a hands-on leadership role with autonomy, accountability, and direct impact on profit margins. You’ll bring structure and scale to one of our most critical departments — with full support from senior leadership.
