Job Description

We’re looking for a sharp, results-driven Head of Sports Trading to lead the trading division across multiple sportsbooks and markets. In this role, you will own the department’s vision — from building pricing strategies to managing risk, margin control, and live market coverage.

You’ll lead a distributed team of experienced traders, streamline workflows, drive automation, and align trading priorities with business performance. We’re after someone who’s already run a large book, understands the pressures of live trading, and knows how to turn strategy into execution.

You’ll report directly to C-level, with full ownership of trading KPIs and the ability to modernize the operation from top to bottom.

💰 $7,500 – $10,000 NET/month
📍 100% remote · Freelance contract

Your scope includes:
• Overseeing pricing and trading across all major sports
• Setting escalation policies, risk thresholds, and coverage schedules
• Managing and mentoring senior traders
• Optimizing processes to improve latency, accuracy, and profit margins
• Collaborating with Product, Risk, VIP, and CRM teams
• Implementing automation and reviewing third-party data feeds/tools
• Making data-led decisions to drive betting volume and profitability
