We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, understands how odds behave, and can make confident calls under pressure.
This is a remote opportunity on a freelance basis, joining a growing sportsbook operation with real-time responsibility.
💰 Salary: $5,600 – $6,800 NET/month

⚡ Your Role
• Adjust live and pre-match odds based on sharp action and market movement
• Manage in-play volatility across multiple sports and markets
• Set risk controls and manually intervene when required 🚨
• Communicate with cross-functional teams: Risk, Product, VIP, Support
• Contribute insights to improve margin, coverage, and responsiveness
• Monitor high-stakes events with a cool head and sharp focus 🎯

🧠 Your Profile
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sports betting / trading
• Confident with high-volume, real-time data environments
• Deep understanding of football, tennis, basketball or US sports
• You’re decisive, calm, and precise when it counts
• English fluency required — you’ll be in constant communication
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and event-driven shifts
