💰 Salary: $11,000 NET/month + bonus

🔍 Core Responsibilities
• Oversee real-time monitoring operations across payments and accounts
• Lead a team of specialists handling 24/7 detection and escalation
• Define protocols for alert handling, escalation flow, and incident reporting
• Adjust internal rules and logic based on fraud trends and risk exposure
• Liaise with Fraud, KYC, Payments, and Product to maintain aligned response strategies
• Ensure fast, documented, and effective response to suspicious activity

🤝 Collaboration & Flow
• Lead daily syncs with Risk and Monitoring teams
• Drive collaboration across Customer Support, Payments, and Compliance
• Supervise dashboard and alert tool optimization
• Deliver monthly reports to executive leadership on threat detection and team performance

👤 Profile
• 6+ years in fraud, risk, or real-time operations
• Proven leadership in managing teams under pressure
• Deep understanding of detection workflows and alert logic
• Excellent communicator with strong documentation habits
• Background in iGaming or digital payments is a plus
