β€’ Supervise shift planning and escalation protocols
β€’ Collaborate with Risk, VIP, Payments, and Tech teams

β€’ Proven leadership experience in Customer Support (ideally in iGaming or B2C tech)
β€’ Strong people management and communication skills
β€’ Excellent command of CRM systems and support tools
β€’ Data-driven mindset with a focus on efficiency and satisfaction
β€’ English fluency required – other languages are a plus
