๐ŸŽฏ Lead a team of Team Leaders & Support Agents across multiple GEOs
๐Ÿง  Set clear KPIs and make sure players get answers fast and right
๐Ÿ‘ฅ Hire, train, and coach new talents โ€” and boost top performers
๐Ÿ“Š Report weekly on team performance, trends, and critical cases
๐Ÿ“ฌ Improve communication between Support, Payments, Risk & VIP
๐ŸŽฎ Keep the gaming experience smooth with great support every step of the way

โœ… You Bring

๐ŸŒ Experience managing support teams (iGaming or similar industry)
๐Ÿ“ˆ Obsessed with quality, efficiency, and player happiness
๐Ÿงฉ Able to handle multiple chats, languages, and escalations
๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Fluent in English (written & spoken) โ€“ other languages are a plus
๐Ÿ“† Strong time management and self-discipline in remote settings
