๐ง Your Mission
๐ฏ Lead a team of Team Leaders & Support Agents across multiple GEOs
๐ง Set clear KPIs and make sure players get answers fast and right
๐ฅ Hire, train, and coach new talents โ and boost top performers
๐ Report weekly on team performance, trends, and critical cases
๐ฌ Improve communication between Support, Payments, Risk & VIP
๐ฎ Keep the gaming experience smooth with great support every step of the way
โ You Bring
๐ Experience managing support teams (iGaming or similar industry)
๐ Obsessed with quality, efficiency, and player happiness
๐งฉ Able to handle multiple chats, languages, and escalations
๐ฃ๏ธ Fluent in English (written & spoken) โ other languages are a plus
๐ Strong time management and self-discipline in remote settings
๐ก Process-focused, adaptable, and always ready to improve
