🧠 Head of Support Operations
Lead a multilingual, high-volume support team and deliver best-in-class player service across the globe 🌍

💰 Salary: $9,500 NET/month + performance bonus
🎯 What You’ll Do
• Supervise the daily operations of global support (Team Leaders & Agents)
• Define and maintain support KPIs and SLAs
• Oversee recruitment, training, and coaching initiatives
• Ensure 24/7 coverage and smooth escalation management
• Work cross-functionally with Compliance, VIP, Risk, and Tech teams
• Proactively analyze trends, feedback, and QA reports to improve workflows
🧠 What You Bring
• Proven background in leading remote support teams (iGaming preferred)
• Strong experience in customer satisfaction metrics and CRM systems
• Confident leadership with coaching and mentoring capabilities
• Excellent English communication (written + spoken)
• Autonomous, structured, and results-driven mindset
