Join a rapidly growing international casino group and take the reins of a critical department – from anywhere in the world. As Head of Payments & Compliance, you’ll oversee all operational, regulatory, and strategic aspects of player transactions and compliance management 🔐

🎯 What You’ll Do

• 🧠 Lead and grow a global team of payments & compliance specialists
• 💸 Oversee deposits, withdrawals, KYC and AML flows
• 🔍 Optimize fraud detection and risk processes across all channels
• 📈 Report key KPIs, anomalies, and improvements to C-level
• 🧾 Ensure compliance with AML, GDPR, KYC, and all license requirements
• 💬 Handle escalations and high-value case reviews
• 🤝 Collaborate with VIP, Risk, Support, and Product teams

🧠 What You Bring

• Proven experience in a senior payments or compliance leadership role
• Strong knowledge of KYC, AML, crypto payments, and regulatory frameworks
• Leadership ability to manage and scale remote teams
• Analytical, process-driven, and pragmatic mindset
• Excellent communication with regulators and internal stakeholders
• Full autonomy in a remote work setup
• Fluent English – other languages are a plus 🌍
