We’re hiring a sharp and empathetic Customer Support Supervisor to oversee a global remote team and keep operations smooth, day and night.
🔧 Your Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of remote agents across multiple time zones
- Plan and coordinate support shifts and priorities
- Track KPIs, response quality, and satisfaction rates
- Train, coach, and continuously develop the team
- Handle escalated cases and complex player issues
- Collaborate with VIP, Risk, Payments, and Tech teams
- Report on team performance and recommend improvements
🎯 Your Profile
- Proven experience in a support leadership role (iGaming a plus)
- Strong people skills and team management experience
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Tech-savvy, organized, and proactive
- Confident managing performance, tools, and metrics in remote environments
