Join a fast-scaling online gaming group as Director of VIP Strategy, overseeing the entire experience for high-value players across multiple brands and markets.
You’ll manage international teams, design loyalty strategies, and build strong personal relationships with the casino’s most valuable users. If you thrive in a high-responsibility environment and want to see your decisions directly impact revenue — this is your next move.
🚀 What You’ll Do
- Lead and expand a team of VIP Account Managers across different time zones
- Craft long-term retention and loyalty programs based on player segmentation and LTV
- Monitor VIP KPIs (activity, reactivation, churn rate, ROI) and propose optimizations
- Create escalation processes for high-risk/high-value cases
- Work closely with Product, Payments, Risk, and Compliance to ensure full coverage and seamless player experience
- Develop tailored communication strategies (bonuses, rewards, gifts, events) for HNW clients
- Identify and recruit new potential VIPs based on behavior and value
- Present regular reports and insights to C-level on VIP performance, threats, and opportunities
🧠 What You Bring
- 5+ years experience in VIP Management or Player Retention within iGaming, Forex, or Luxury Services
- Proven team leadership with remote and international staff
- In-depth understanding of VIP lifecycle, value metrics, and retention tools
- Commercial mindset and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure and multitask across multiple high-priority profiles
- Fluent English is mandatory. Any additional language is a huge plus (DE, FR, ES, PT…)
