🔍 What You’ll Do

🧩 If you focus on affiliates:

  • Build and grow a portfolio of revenue-generating partners
  • Close strong deals and optimize terms (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid)
  • Analyze player value, retention, and risk
  • Foster loyalty and trust with top-tier affiliates

🎯 If you focus on media buying:

  • Set up and scale paid campaigns across Push, Pop, Native, Meta, TikTok, Google…
  • Test creatives, targeting, and landers to improve ROI
  • Track and react to KPIs: CPA, CVR, CTR, retention
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to build high-converting funnels

✔️ What You Bring

  • Experience in Affiliate Marketing or Paid Media (2–5 years minimum)
  • Strong grasp of performance KPIs and campaign optimization
  • Background in iGaming, Crypto, or high-ROI verticals preferred
  • Autonomous, proactive, and reliable
  • Fluent in English – clear and confident communicator
